On October 31,2018, CACDA and Carnegie-Tsinghua Center for Global Policy organized a round-table discussion on A Code of Conduct for Biological Scientists. CACDA Secretary-General Yang Yi,Professor Li Bin,Tsinghua University, Professor Zhang Weiwen, Tianjing University made presentations during discussion and answered participants’ questions. The discussion was focused on rapid development of Biological science and technology’s global challenges to Biological Security,possible strategy and measures to cope with these challenges,and importance of A Code of Conduct for Biological Scientists submitted by China within the framework of Biological Weapons Convention.
