China Arms Control and Disarmament Association (CACDA) held its 2019 Annual Conference on March 21, 2019 in Beijing. More than 100 CACDA members attended the meeting. CACDA President Ambassador Zhang Yan delivered the working report, Director-General of Arms Control Department of MFA, Ambassador Fu Cong addressed the audience on the current international security and arms control situation. 

The conference reviewed the past year’s work of CACDA and agreed to appoint Mr. Li Chijiang as the new Vice President & Secretary General of CACDA.
