On January 29, 2021, CACDA Secretary-General Li Chijiang and Director Zhou Chang met online with Sebastian Brixey-Williams, Co-Director of the British American Security Information Council (BASIC) and Prof. Nicholas Wheeler from University of Birmingham. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the nuclear risk reduction and nuclear responsibility.
