On March 25, 2021,CACDA President Zhang Yan and Director Zhou Chang were invited to meet with Mexican ambassador to China José Luis Bernal at the Mexican Embassy in Beijing .The two sides held in-depth discussion on topics such as each other’s arms control policy and bilateral cooperation.
