On November 5, 2021, Li Chijiang, Secretary General of the Association, was invited  to participate an online symposium of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Young Scholars Exchange Project. The project was jointly organized by the Russian Center for Energy and Security Studies and the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organization, with the participation of more than 20 young experts and scholars from around the world. Mr. Anton Khlopkov, director of the CENESS, and Ms.Elena Sokova, director of the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non-proliferation, attended the symposium. Li Chijiang introduced China's active support for the objectives and contributions of the CTBT, stressed that think tanks such as the CACDA were willing to continue to play a constructive role in promoting the treaty, and answered questions from young scholars.
