On November 22, 2021, the Russian Center for Energy and Security Studies held an online seminar on the Iranian nuclear issue, which was chaired by the director of the center, Mr. Anton Khlopkov. Secretary General Li Chijiang was invited to attend the meeting. More than 20 experts and scholars from Iran, the United States, the European Union and other countries attended the meeting to exchange views on the situation of the Iranian nuclear issue and the prospect of resumption talks on the JCPOA.
