On October 24, 2022, Ambassador Sha Zukang, Honorary President of the CACDA, was invited to attend an online training course for Young scholars jointly organized by the Russian Center for Energy and Security Studies and the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), and gave an lecture on the topic "CTBT and the Five Nuclear Powers".

Ambassador Sha introduced in detail the significance of the CTBT, China's contribution to the negotiation and maintenance of the CTBT, and the positive contribution of the five nuclear weapon states to the maintenance of the treaty system. He also had in-depth interaction with the participants. 25 young scholars from 21 countries participated in this training course.
