CACDA held the China-US Track II dialogue on outer space security

From December 13 to 14, 2022, the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association and Carnegie Endowment for International Peace co-hosted the China-US Track II dialogue on outer space security. Secretary General Li Chijiang and Deputy Secretary General Li Peng of the CACDA, Vice President George Perkovich and Director Toby Dalton of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace attended the meeting. More than 20 experts and scholars from CACDA, China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations, Beijing Institute of Technology, Renmin University of China, Beijing Society of Astronautics, Beijing Institute of Aerospace Information, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Secure World Foundation, LeoLabs Corporation and other institutions attended the meeting. Experts and scholars at the meeting had in-depth discussions on topics such as China-US space communications, developments in global governance of outer space security, outer space traffic Management and Data Sharing.
