CACDA held an online meeting with arms control officials of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) of the U.K. on October 26, 2020. Secretary-General Li Chijiang and Director Zhou Chang, as well as experts from China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations, Shanghai Institutes of International Studies, Beijing Institute of Technology joined the meeting. The two sides discussed topics including the current international arms control situation, nuclear issues in South Asia, the Tenth Review Conference of the NPT and outer space security. Relevant officials from the British Embassy in China attended the meeting.
