On August 2, 2023, during the First Meeting of the Preparatory Committee for the 2026 NPT Review Conference, CACDA and CENESS held a side event at the Vienna International Center, and released a joint study report titled "The AUKUS Submarine Deal：Risks for the Nuclear Nonproliferation Regime and Global Security".
