On February 21, 2023, the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association (CACDA), the Russian Energy and Security Research Center and the U.S. Pacific Forum jointly held trilateral online dialogue on Regional Strategic Stability and Nuclear Risk Reduction in Northeast Asia, CACDA Secretary General Li Chijiang chaired the meeting. More than 20 experts and scholars from China, the United States and Russia attended the meeting and had an in-depth discussion on the Korean Peninsula Nuclear Issue.
