From July 5 to July 9, 2023, Director Wu Jinhuai of the CACDA was invited to give lessons, with the theme Arms Control and IHL, for the 12th International Humanitarian Law Summer Session held by International Academy of Red Cross＆Red Crescent. Wu Jinhuai expounded the relation between arms control and IHL, the principle of weapons prohibition, conventional arms control and challenges of frontier areas to IHL and international arms control, and answered questions of the participants. More than 40 people from government, universities and think-tanks attended the session.
