On March 24, 2025, CACDA and the Geneva Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD) co-hosted a thematic seminar of the “China-EU Dialogue on Maintaining Global Strategic Stability” in Beijing. CACDA Deputy Secretary-General Ms. Lyu Xin and HD Northeast Asia Joint Director Mr. Niu Qiyang delivered remarks. Discussions covered current strategic stability challenges and nuclear risk reduction, with participation from Tsinghua University, National Defense University, Fudan University, SIPRI, University of Hamburg, and UK Royal United Services Institute.
