On April 12, 2023, Secretary General of the CACDA Li Chijiang met with Director of the Security Policy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands Joost Flamand. The two sides exchanged views on global strategic stability, artificial intelligence and other issues. The officials and scholars from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, Dutch Embassy, China Institute of International Studies, China Institute of Contemporary International Relations and National Defense University also attended the meeting.
