On July 4, 2023, Secretary General of the CACDA Li Chijiang met with Dr. Gunter Sautter, Director General for International Order, the United Nations and Arms Control of the German Federal Foreign Office. The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on international security and arms control issues. Diplomats from the German Embassy and experts from CACDA also attended the meeting.
