On June 24, 2025, China Arms Control and Disarmament Association (CACDA) held a round-table with the delegation of the UN Disarmament Fellowship Programme during their visit to China. Secretary-General Mr. Dai Huaicheng chaired the meeting. Chinese experts from institutions such as the China Foreign Affairs University and the Beijing Institute of Technology participated.

Discussions focused on arms control and security governance in outer space, biology, and other emerging technologies, with active interactions between participants. The UN delegation comprised young diplomats from over 20 countries including Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Kenya, Nigeria, Canada, Japan, and Singapore.
