On June 24, 2025, Mr. Dai Huaicheng, Secretary-General of the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association (CACDA), met with Ms. Outi Hyvarinen, Director of the Unit for Arms Control at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, and Ms. Anna Savokainen, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of Finland in China, and their delegation. The two sides exchanged views on issues pertaining to the review process of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
