On October 23, 2025, Mr. Dai Huaicheng, Secretary-General of the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association (CACDA), met with Mr. Stephen Lillie CMG, Director for Defence and International Security at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office of the UK, and his delegation.
