On February 10, 2026, Mr. Dai Huaicheng, Secretary General of the CACDA met with Jason Rheinberg, Deputy Director and Head of Security Policy at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office of the UK. The two sides had an exchange of views on issues of common concern in the field of arms control.
