From May 23 to May 24, 2023, the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association (CACDA) and the China Institute of Nuclear Industry Strategy (CINIS) jointly held the Workshop Challenges to the Non-Proliferation Regime at a Time of Transformation of the Global Order in Beijing. CACDA Secretary General Li Chijiang, CINIS Chairman of the Board Luo Qingping and Anton Khlopkov, Director of the Center for Energy and Security Studies (CENESS), attended the workshop and delivered speeches.  More than 20 experts and scholars from China and Russia participated in the workshop. The participants had in-depth discussion on topics of Challenges to the Non-Proliferation Regime at a Time of Transformation of the Global Order and related regional nuclear non-proliferation issues.
